Shipping policy

Disclaimer: We kindly ask for your understanding and patience due to the current COVID-19 situation. Due to COVID-19, shipping will be delayed for all countries. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation.


Canadian Shipping:

FREE standard untracked shipping is available for all Canadian orde over $100

Tracked shipping options are available and the price ($12.00 CAD to $30.00 CAD) and estimated delivery time (5-20 business days) will depend on your location as we ship from Montreal Quebec 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Depending on your location, it can take up to 6 weeks for your items to arrive. 

 

USA Shipping:


Our USA shipping tracked pricing (cost between $6.00 CAD to $30.00 CAD) will depend on your location.

Please note that the “Small Packet” shipping option is untracked.

International Shipping:

USA: 5 - 18 business days. Please note that due to Covid19 delays, your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Europe: 15 - 35 business days. Please note that due to Covid19 delays, your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Australia: 15 - 35 business days. Please note that due to Covid19 delays, your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Please note delivery times are estimates only. La Dihya  is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers especially during high volume periods or because of Covid-19. It may take up to six weeks for your package to arrive. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


International Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the world (within Canada Post's guidelines), with the exception to the following locations: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bhutan, India, Israel, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa (1 of 9 provinces), Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, United Arab Emirates

Please note some countries are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19 and it can take up to 4 - 6 weeks for your package to arrive with Canada Post.

 

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are not provided unless you have purchased tracked shipping. Please note that the “Small Packet” shipping option is untrackedPlease make sure that your delivery address is correct prior to complete your order to avoid delays. Once your order is dispatched, we can not change the shipping address.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

La Dihya  cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. Wildpier Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 

Damages

La Dihya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note

La Dihya  can not  refund if your item is in transit.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to change your shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we are charged a $5.00 USD fee for the package to be returned to Canada. This $5.00 USD fee will be deducted from your order should you wish to obtain a refund or redelivery.

For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect (or incomplete) addresses or uncollected packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to deliver the package to the correct address.

Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions/delays.
